Enrollment Verification

Request for Enrollment Verification

There are three ways to request Enrollment Verification:

  • Students may fax requests.  Students must provide their name, social security number, address or fax number of where they wish the enrollment verification to be sent, and a signature.
  • Student`s may mail requests. They must provide their name, social security number, address or fax number of where they wish the enrollment verification to be sent, and a signature.
  • Students may come to the Records Department and request an Enrollment Verification letter.
