MTS Service to Outside Groups

Services and equipment may be available to groups who:

• Discuss the use of equipment with Media Production Specialists to ensure availability and compliance.
• Have submitted a Facilities Reservation form to the Risk Management and Legal Affairs department for approval.
• Are experienced in the use of the required AV equipment and receive orientation prior to the event date.
