Brain Bowl

Do you enjoy games like Jeopardy! and Trivial Pursuit? If you do, then Brain Bowl is for you! Membership on the Brain Bowl Team is open to all students. Each year SCC has two teams of five members each (four players and an alternate). The teams compete each February in a regional competition against other community colleges. The first and second place teams of each Regional tournament then go on to the State competition which takes place in March.

Brain Bowl is a great way to meet new friends, get involved with SCC, increase your knowledge (and possibly your grades), and maybe even earn a scholarship. Brain Bowl is an academic quiz competition, but, since you will be one member of a team, you don't need to know everything about every subject to participate!
