Distance Degrees and Certificates

Several degrees and certificate programs can be completed through distance learning at SCC, utilizing a combination of online, video or online/campus courses in order to fulfill the program requirements. Consult the SCC Catalog or make an appointment with a counselor for more information on the specific courses and electives necessary and read the DL term listings to see which of those are offered in an online or video format.

Online Certificate Programs

These programs can be completed entirely online or through Video/Web courses, however some courses might require an on-campus orientation or on-campus exams. Alternate arrangements for orientations or exams are sometimes possible, but this is up to the discretion of the professor. Online A.S. Degrees

Except for the Oral Communication requirement, these programs can be completed entirely via online or Video/Web courses, however some courses might require an on-campus orientation or on-campus exams. Alternate arrangements for orientations or exams are sometimes possible, but this is up to the discretion of the professor. (Please visit the Online Catalog for more information regarding specific course requirements.)
